How do I receive my digital sample packs after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent immediately to your registered email address. You can also access your digital library by logging into your Vox Samples account.
What is your return policy for electronic equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware products. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that digital software and sample packs are non-refundable once downloaded.
Do your hardware products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Vox Samples electronic hardware includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
