Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware to confirm its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
